One Oasis Cebu hosted a Home Fest on the weekend from Dec. 6, 2024, a 3-day event that
showcased the vibrant One Oasis Cebu community.

Filinvest organized the activity to foster meaningful connections with residents and visitors
alike, especially for future homeowners at Building No. 8 that now nears completion after
tapping oA in March this year.

“We wanted to showcase how vibrant our community is at One Oasis Cebu and give a
glimpse of how it would be to be part of such a progressive community,” notes John Paul
Escario, Filinvest AVP and area general manager for Cebu.

According to Escario, Building 8 is already 91 percent complete and will be ready to be turned
over to homeowners by June 2025 once the last few tasks, such as installing the elevator, fire
safety system, and the CCTV system, and finishing the interiors, are finished.

“There are still a few units available in Building 8. Don’t pass up the opportunity to get your
portion of the pre-selling units,” he continued.

Escario also disclosed that an additional amenity is set to be constructed behind Building 8
composed of more jogging spaces, a picnic area, play area, fitness and wellness areas.

More than engaging with the current residents, Home Fest guests listened to talks on Ready
Homes, Planting, Property Investment, and Home Loans.

Live acoustic bands opened the daily activities from 3PM that ended by 8PM, packed with
gimmicks and prizes, also featuring a food fair and vendor exhibits and a photo wall.

Beyond the Home Fest, the One Oasis Cebu residents continue to invite Cebuanos at large
to discover its enclave and come together with them and celebrate community spirit.

“It’s a perfect opportunity to explore the oAerings of One Oasis Cebu and experience
firsthand the vibrant lifestyle it provides,” quips Escario.
