Health Alliance Philippines or “Heal PH Party-List”, under the leadership of renowned public health advocates, is steadfast in its mission to deliver accessible, quality healthcare to every Filipino, regardless of socioeconomic status. Heal PH is led by Dr. Jonathan David “Jondi” Flavier, son of the late beloved health advocate Senator Juan Flavier, along with Dr. Eric Tayag, former Undersecretary of the Department of Health, and Retired General Benito Antonio De Leon, former Undersecretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. With a leadership team built on decades of public service and healthcare expertise, Heal PH is committed to improving the health and well-being of Filipinos nationwide.

Heal PH

Expanding Healthcare Access for Low-income Families
Heal PH is committed to ensuring that no Filipino living below the poverty line is denied the healthcare they need due to financial barriers. The party-list’s flagship initiative is the Health Card – a free, unlimited medical card for members of low-income families, providing comprehensive healthcare services in government hospitals.

This Health Card will cover everything from basic care to specialized treatments, giving vulnerable Filipinos access to quality healthcare without the worry of costs. Additionally, the Health Card system will help reduce corruption by monitoring and preventing false claims, ensuring that medical resources are directed to those who truly need them.

Through this initiative, Heal PH aims to save lives, reduce fraud, and ensure that every Filipino, regardless of their income, has the right to live with access to the healthcare they deserve.

Revitalizing Government Healthcare Facilities
Heal PH is committed to improving the nation’s public healthcare infrastructure by ensuring that existing government funds are used efficiently and effectively. Rather than focusing on new investments, the party-list aims to optimize the allocation of current resources to modernize and enhance government hospitals and health centers across the country. This includes prioritizing the repair, upgrade, and proper utilization of existing facilities, ensuring that they are well-equipped and staffed with qualified medical professionals. Heal PH will advocate for reforms that streamline operations and improve the management of public healthcare facilities, creating a system where every Filipino can access timely, high-quality care without the need for excessive additional spending.

Ensuring Effective Implementation of Existing Healthcare Laws
Heal PH is committed to ensuring that existing healthcare laws, such as the Universal Health Care Act, are fully implemented without corruption or inefficiency. Rather than creating new laws, the party-list will focus on holding government agencies accountable for properly using resources and delivering health services to those who need them most. Heal PH will work to eliminate barriers to care, particularly for marginalized communities, ensuring that all Filipinos can benefit from the healthcare they are entitled to. With its leaders’ extensive experience in public service, Heal PH is dedicated to making healthcare policies work for the people, with transparency, fairness, and a focus on those who are most vulnerable.

Heal PH

A Vision of Health for Every Filipino
Guided by the leadership of Dr. Jondi Flavier, Dr. Eric Tayag, and General Benito De Leon, Heal PH is unwavering in its commitment to building a healthcare system that reflects the fundamental right of every Filipino to access quality healthcare. Whether it’s improving healthcare access, expanding benefits, or strengthening health infrastructure, Heal PH’s leadership is committed to a future where no Filipino is left behind when it comes to health and well-being.
