JobStreet more than jobs campaign

Empowering women beyond their job titles, leading online job portal Jobstreet by SEEK leads its newest digital campaign entitled ‘More Than Jobs’, featuring women who have demonstrated strength and resilience in their respective roles while striving to find their purpose and achieve personal goals.

Presenting interviews with six women, the More Than Jobs campaign highlights their diverse stories beyond their careers, shifting the spotlight from professional achievements to their lives beyond their workplace.

In the first episode, Jobstreet by SEEK featured Ryza Dipatuan Razo, the founder and CEO of startup jewelry company Sparkles.PH. She is also a proud Muslim entrepreneur, mother, and visionary who shared her experience from being a working student to a businesswoman. Despite the struggles she faced, she managed to succeed in a field she excelled in while also discovering her purpose. Moreover, Ryza also shared that being a mother gives her life a deeper meaning to continue providing her child with opportunities she didn’t have when she was growing up.

Included in this dynamic lineup of inspiring women are Dani Tinio, a passionate full-time graphic artist and content creator; Mela Laxamana, marketing head, advocate for culinary innovation, and a self-proclaimed shoe, makeup, and K-drama enthusiast; and Germaine Jalandoni De Ruña, a development worker, visual artist, and communicator, to name a few.

Jobstreet by SEEK will shine a spotlight on their unique stories and how they have made significant strides both inside and outside the workplace.

“We at Jobstreet by SEEK believe that a woman’s worth isn’t just defined by her career but also by how she has managed to become more. It is truly inspiring to see women breaking barriers and taking the lead with confidence, proving that women are limitless—at work, in the community, and beyond,” said Dannah Majarocon, Managing Director of Jobstreet by SEEK in the Philippines.
