
JOHNDORF Ventures Corporation (JVC) marks a milestone today with the grand opening of Johndorf Tower, a 21-story commercial building strategically located in Cebu Business Park, directly across from The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.
The development is poised to boost the business landscape and economic growth of Cebu City when it hosts multinational and domestic companies seeking prime workspace to fuel their expansion.

With JVC setting up its corporate headquarters on the 19th, 20th and 21st floors, the following

JVC President and Chief Executive Richard Lim leads the inauguration and blessing ceremony on February 25, 2025, at the building’s site beside Ayala Life-FGU Center, between Mindanao Avenue and Biliran Loop.

The tower, which rises prominently on Cebu Business Park’s economic horizon, offers a dynamic, mixed-use community capable of accommodating up to 3,000 employees when fully occupied.

A Grade A development, Johndorf Tower also serves as JVC’s new corporate headquarters. It is LEED Gold-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a globally recognized standard of sustainability and energy efficiency.
